After successfully establishing Provix in Belgium, our next adventure awaits: England. We're all set and ready to go, we just need our very own British powerhouse to make Toelevering Online bigger in England under the name Provix United Kingdom.
So, what's in store for you and what can you achieve?
The role of Country Manager United Kingdom is super dynamic. You'll have a mix of operational, tactical, and strategic responsibilities as you steer Provix United Kingdom through different phases of setting up a British entity for Toelevering Online. That means you'll have different tasks and responsibilities in each phase, expanding them further as we progress. You'll be laying the foundation for Toelevering Online's international expansion, and eventually, you'll take the lead in Belgium once it's up and running!
0-3 months: Getting to know Toelevering Online inside out
To make Provix United Kingdom a huge success, you'll first dive into our values, how we operate, and our grand plans. We'll bring you up to speed on every aspect of our concept. At the same time, you'll evaluate all the ideas from the central team regarding implementing in The United Kingdom. This phase is all about learning and developing, from us to you and from you to us. During this time, you'll also be working at our office in Nijverdal, accommodation will be arranged for you.
3-12 months: The first steps in the United Kingdom
From month 3 onwards, you'll start taking the first operational steps in England. This means setting up the logistics process and building relationships with partners in England, as well as handling customer service inquiries over the phone. Our main focus in this phase is to ensure happy customers and great reviews, promptly resolving any complaints and meeting delivery times. You'll be collaborating with our operations team in the Netherlands. Additionally, you'll maintain relationships with new partners in the United Kingdom and further optimize processes at their end. You'll be able to work independently and make life easier for the rest of the organization.
From 1 year: Building up responsibility
You'll be in close contact with our operations, marketing, and business development teams in the Netherlands. You'll put their ideas into action and refine them based on your knowledge and experience. During this phase, you'll have the freedom to build your team and hire personnel. You'll take responsibility for revenue, budget, and results based on various KPIs. You'll be the one making Provix United Kingdom a smashing success in England, in every sense of the word!
In a nutshell:
- You'll be responsible for Toelevering Online's British entity: Provix United Kingdom.
- In the initial phase, you'll be hands-on, later expanding and delegating more.
- You'll assist Toelevering Online with its first international steps and ensure Provix United Kingdom becomes a well-established name in England.

In traditional processes, custom-made windows take two to three months to deliver. We deliver within five working days. How do we do it? By making factories more efficient, streamlining processes, and using smarter systems. This reduces costs, improves service, and increases job satisfaction, allowing everyone to do what they're good at! - HBO/WO education level;
- You're British and fluently speak and write English;
- A relevant network in the construction industry in the United Kingdom is a must;
- You have at least 5 years of experience in mid-level/senior business development;
